Industrial Manager

Prerequisites:

• School-leaving certificate (GCSE equivalent) (possibly with vocational university entrance qualification in business or A-level equivalent)
• A talent for organisation
• A feel for figures
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Trustworthiness
• Ability to work accurately

Duration of training:

Training lasts two to three years, depending on the school leaving qualification

Training programme

During training you will go through all the commercial departments of the company. You will be trained in the following areas:

• Finance and accounts
• Data processing
• The materials industry
• Human resources
• Sales
• Commercial/technical production processing
