This question was researched over the past months for the INDUSTRIEPREIS 2008 of the Initiative Mittelstand (www.imittelstand.de) - an initiative of medium sized businesses.

A record number of more than 600 companies participated and entered into the running for a commendation. The winners have now been decided.

In the drive engineering category, refrigeration compressor manufacturer Bock Kältemaschinen GmbH received a commendation for its EFC system.

With this energy-saving and user-friendly solution for regulating refrigeration compressors using a frequency converter, Bock still offers the leading Plug & Play solution for continuous rotational speed/power regulation on the market.
