Toolbocks – Now available for BlackBerry and Android

After being the first to introduce a refrigeration app for the iPhone, called Toolbocks, GEA Bock offers this helpful tool for experts now also for Blackberry Smartphones and phones with the operating system Android.

Apps, as the small programs for smartphones are called, are growing in popularity and offer applications and compact information about various topics. Whether it is sports, news, routes or calculations – the information that is sent to the mobile device can be accessed directly, no matter where you are located and quickly ensure the latest news or advice.

By now, there exist additional smartphone platforms apart from the iPhone with its system software IOS that are increasingly used – in the business area mainly the BlackBerry devices by the company Research in Motion and the Google operating system Android. GEA Bock also recognized this trend and offers its customers and all experts the possibility, to access the refrigeration App Toolbocks via the BlackBerry App World and the Android Market.

Clearly structured and easily understandable the Toolbocks helps with the conversion of the most common units and is therefore a helpful tool for all work around the compressor.

Power Converter

- Helps quickly and easily with the conversion of the most important energy units such as   

   kcal/h, BTU/h, kW, PS, ton (US)

Length Converter

- With the Length Converter the common units of lengths (mm, m, feet, yard, inch) can be   

         converted for the individual application

Pressure Converter

- This tool helps to convert the needed operating pressure into the respective units kPa, bar     

   or  Psi

Converter Tube Diameter

- Helps with the conversion of tube diameter from metric to inch dimensions and vice versa

Refrigerant Calculator

- The Refrigerant Calculator converts the respective condensing temperatures into the  

         appropriate pressures of the particular refrigerants – or the other way round.

Location Finder

- Navigates you via GPS to the closest Bock subsidiary. No matter if you are looking for a 

        contact while at the office or on the way

Error Analysis/Troubleshooter (Fehleranalyse)

- The tool for compressor problems. Just choose the problem you have with the compressor. The Troubleshooter navigates you quickly to a solution.
