On the right track into the future - Bock at the Innotrans 2010

From 21-24 September 2010 the leading manufacturers and experts of the passenger and freight transportation industry met at the Innotrans in Berlin to exchange information and discuss new products, trends and technological innovations.

The 8th Innotrans broke its own record with 106.000 visitors from 110 countries and lived up to its reputation of being the leading international trade fair for rail technology.

It was the second participation of compressor manufacturer Bock at the Innotrans. This year the company presented newly developed products especially designed for the demands of the railway industry and a wide range of system-oriented solutions.

At the Innotrans it became clear that the topic of environmental friendliness is gaining in importance – also in the railway industry. The trend is moving away from mere “high performance” solutions towards energy-efficient products.

At the end of the trade fair, Bock can draw a positive conclusion. Martin Brat, Key Account Manager for Railway Applications at Bock was very satisfied with the numerous qualified contacts and the high interest of the visitors at the Bock booth: “the Innotrans was a great success for Bock. Especially the positive feedback on our recently developed products for railway applications by customers and visitors shows that we are on the right track and that the industry has a lot of future potential for us.”

The next Innotrans takes place 18 -21 September 2012 in Berlin.
